Since 1999, when Deanna and I opened our first KFC in Time Corners in Fort
Wayne, we have operated with the simple business philosophy of "Do What's
Right For The Customer."
Doing what's right for the customer covers absolutely everything we do in a KFC
restaurant. We keep the parking lot and building clean, because it's the right
thing to do. We hire and train our people to serve the customer with excellence,
because it's the right thing to do. We serve only quality products at reasonable
prices, because it's the right thing to do for our customer. Let us know how were
